1 Box brownie mix
1 stick of butter, melted
1 Tbsp It Works Keto Coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
2. In a large bowl use a hand mixer to combine brownie mix, butter eggs, Keto Coffee and vanilla. Fold in the chocolate chips at a slow speed.
3. Evenly place Tbsp-sized scoops of batter on a backing sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving approx 2 inches between each cookie. Then bake for 12 mins.
4. Remove from oven and allow to coll before enjoying!
